About the role

  • Solve product issues and requests raised by customers and partners
  • Deploy, manage, and analyze Safetica’s solution to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and share technical knowledge with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to align product with business needs
  • Implement AI in e-learning and Knowledge Base platform to automate and improve the support journey
  • Support the USA market and collaborate closely with Customer Support team in Europe (Czech Republic)
  • Opportunity to specialize in project implementation, customer success management, and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Technical Support or similar role
  • English language proficiency at C1/C2 level
  • (Nice to have) Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated personality with ability to suggest improvements
  • Knowledge of network and security technologies (VPN, proxy servers)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience managing Windows workstations and servers
  • Experience with MS SQL Studio (permissions, database analysis, basic data editing)
  • Knowledge of IT security concepts (data protection, sensitive data classification, user access management)
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with macOS and basic macOS troubleshooting
