Requirements

- Three years of work experience in Knowledge Management
- 3-5 years of continuous improvement in a client-focused environment
- Proficient knowledge of KM principles, processes and tools
- Sound knowledge of project management techniques, tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, consulting, influencing skills
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, SharePoint
- Bilingualism (French, English) is required.
