About the role

  • Knowledge Consultant developing Knowledge Management solutions and optimizing processes at Sun Life. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Knowledge Management (KM) solutions
  • Establish and maintain KM best practices
  • Conduct process optimization to enhance existing processes and procedures
  • Manage sponsor/stakeholder relations to ensure project delivery expectations are met
  • Lead the assessment of current processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Foster collaboration across functional disciplines to drive process optimization and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in business (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Three years of work experience in Knowledge Management
  • 3-5 years of continuous improvement in a client-focused environment
  • Proficient knowledge of KM principles, processes and tools
  • Sound knowledge of project management techniques, tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, consulting, influencing skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, SharePoint
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is required.
