About the role
- Bilingual HSPRS Clinician providing intensive case management services for migrated children and families. Supporting youth through assessments, service planning, and advocacy in community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide community-based intensive case management services to recently migrated children, adolescents, and their families
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with youth, family, and PRS case management team
- Deliver in-home services with a continuous clinical assessment process
- Advocate for youth and families to address barriers and connect to resources
- Monitor progress towards goals and provide psychoeducational support
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or other relevant behavioral science
- Current LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, or eligible for licensure at the time of application
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- One year experience providing direct services to youth and families
- One year experience delivering community based and/or in-home services
- Ability to utilize electronic health record system
- Must be able to type 50 WPM
- Ability to pass CPS/UII background check
- Ability to pass a Tuberculosis Screening
- Ability to pass a Federal and State Fingerprinting Background Check
- Ability to pass a drug screen via urinalysis
