About the role

  • Bilingual HSPRS Clinician providing intensive case management services for migrated children and families. Supporting youth through assessments, service planning, and advocacy in community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide community-based intensive case management services to recently migrated children, adolescents, and their families
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
  • Collaborate with youth, family, and PRS case management team
  • Deliver in-home services with a continuous clinical assessment process
  • Advocate for youth and families to address barriers and connect to resources
  • Monitor progress towards goals and provide psychoeducational support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or other relevant behavioral science
  • Current LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, or eligible for licensure at the time of application
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • One year experience providing direct services to youth and families
  • One year experience delivering community based and/or in-home services
  • Ability to utilize electronic health record system
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM
  • Ability to pass CPS/UII background check
  • Ability to pass a Tuberculosis Screening
  • Ability to pass a Federal and State Fingerprinting Background Check
  • Ability to pass a drug screen via urinalysis
