About the role

  • Establish and lead the sales function as the first sales hire, reporting to the General Manager of the Montreal office
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling
  • Lead sales opportunities from lead through to contract execution and manage sales targets and KPIs
  • Build, recruit, coach, and support a sales team; lead weekly team meetings on KPIs and pipeline reviews
  • Maintain CRM oversight for forecasting, pipeline management, and monthly projections
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D to inform go-to-market plans and product development, including AI initiatives
  • Own Microsoft education licensing sales as part of Plurilogic’s CSP Direct reseller program and advise schools on licensing solutions

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and building relationships within the education sector
  • Experience in consultative sales, demos, and contract execution
  • Background in education technology or ERP solutions is a strong asset
  • Ability to recruit, coach and lead a sales team
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites, conferences, and in-person meetings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and adaptable
  • Ability to work with CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
