About the role

  • Build customer-centric automated data solutions to help our Marketing team scale and improve business processes, focusing on extracting value from our CRM and Customer datasets
  • Ensure marketing data is centralized and integrated (e.g., in BigQuery) and harmonized with sales, product (omnitracking), and finance data
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from ad platforms and CRM and SEO tools.
  • Design and deliver best-in-class data products and reporting, working with stakeholders both internally and externally to build our new reporting infrastructure in Looker and BigQuery
  • Create analytics models as well as front-end reporting and insight solutions
  • Manage stakeholder needs and expectations whilst delivering value-add developments within our reporting framework, in a modular and organized way
  • Help foster relationships and collaboration throughout our partner network by facilitating seamless data sharing, pro-active model upkeep and responsive troubleshooting
  • New channel onboarding: Support integration and tracking when new ad platforms or organic tools are tested
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards (Looker, Data Studio)

Requirements

  • A professional with an extensive experience applying advanced SQL in a BI / commercial environment
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other highly quantitative fields
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrably high standard for data accuracy and documentation
  • Critical thinker, confident to transform our data and information into structured and automated systems and reporting
  • Organized, team player, ready to build on our BI structure with the various stakeholders of the business
  • Project-driven personality, identifying gaps and turn them into implementable solutions
  • A professional with experience rolling out new projects in Looker with LookML (preferred)
  • Experience with BigQuery; Linux/OSX command line and Git are valued
  • Familiarized with structuring and writing scalable ETLs utilising tools such as DBT is a plus
