About the role

  • Research and map out upcoming film and TV productions associated with key studio accounts.
  • Proactively reach out to producers, directors, editors, and other production stakeholders to introduce Flawless’ technology.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and book meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to organize and coordinate demos.
  • Track engagement activity and manage account insights within CRM tools.
  • Learn and master Flawless’ demo process, with the goal of delivering demos independently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Flawless’ products and the value they bring to production workflows.
  • Move fast, adapt quickly, and contribute to a high-performance outbound motion.
  • Represent Flawless with humility, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in outbound sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven success generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across creative and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of film, TV, or VFX production processes and terminology.
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn new technology and workflows.
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and measurable results.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior production professionals (e.g., Directors, Producers, Editors).
