Responsibilities
Supporting senior stakeholders in the growth of the business's insurance practice areas, delivering client-focused business development and marketing initiatives.
Managing at least one of DWF's key insurance clients and working closely with the Client Partner and Core Client Team to foster relationship growth and expansion.
Engaging with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, and motivating internal colleagues.
Thriving in a collaborative senior team, enjoying creative problem-solving, and possessing both strategic and tactical thinking skills.
Connecting specialists across service lines on a national and global scale will be key to the role's success.
Requirements
Proven in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
Proven experience in delivering B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Considerable experience in creating campaign strategies that have delivered commercial value.
Client-focused approach with the ability to demonstrate a considerable understanding of client issues.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Proven project management experience.
Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Sound business understanding, with commercial and risk awareness.
Experience of working in a professional services environment.
Experience of working in the relevant sector and/or Practice Area is helpful.
Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
