Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving Property & Casualty insurance profit and growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic vision and tactical plan for market share expansion
  • Drive profitable product and member growth by optimizing the 5Ps
  • Ensure business plan expectations are achieved while upholding USAA’s mission
  • Direct state-level P&L performance through pricing and underwriting strategies
  • Collaborate with business functions to ensure world-class customer experience
  • Engage with Government & Industry Relations for compliance and regulation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant property and casualty product management experience
  • Experience formulating product strategy to meet P&L objectives
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience in building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and competitive market dynamics
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in regulatory engagement and compliance
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
