About the role
- AV Program Manager leading planning and execution of AV initiatives at RavenTek. Overseeing project lifecycles and integration of AV technologies for client organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide AV initiatives.
- Oversee AV project lifecycles and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the successful integration of AV technologies that support client’s organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Document and negotiate system requirements with vendors.
- Create internal standards, processes, and procedures.
- Provide AV system training and user guides to onsite personnel.
- Travel to various job sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 15 years additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of Crestron or Extron control system experience.
- Hands-on experience with control systems, videoconferencing, switching hardware, audio DSP setup, and calibration.
- Certifications, Licenses CTS certification required. CTS-I and D certifications desired. Extron or Crestron certifications desired.
