About the role

  • Sales Manager overseeing international Sales Partner performance and driving sales strategies for tradeshow company. Engaging with marketing and managing onboarding for Sales Partners in Nuremberg.

Responsibilities

  • Sales management for a defined group of Sales Partners
  • Management of the on- and offboarding process when Sales Partners change
  • Point of contact/interface for Sales Partners with NürnbergMesse
  • Collaboration with Marketing to ensure optimal integration of international Sales Partners
  • Design and coordination of international sales meetings
  • Responsibility for the shared intranet area with Sales Partners

Requirements

  • Professional experience (approximately 1–2 years) in an international environment or in international sales
  • Initial experience managing external partners
  • Degree in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualifications
  • Very good German language skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • Responsible, forward-thinking mindset
  • Openness to change and a pragmatic, proactive approach
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented working style
