About the role
- Work on high-impact project delivery and support clients across industries, driving growth of IT Strategy offerings
- Use Gartner research and benchmarks to provide actionable insights and clear recommendations to clients
- Work closely with Consulting leadership to leverage Gartner research insights and provide bespoke viable solutions
- Make client engagements successful using strong analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking and business management skills
- Operate in complex environments, organizations and institutions to bring them into the digital era
- Travel to client sites and collaborate in-person with clients and teams as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, ideally a Master's degree, preferably in business, management, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Digital Business, IT Strategy / Operating Model or similar
- Ideally experience within the Consulting industry
- Profound organizational skills within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Associates expected to travel to client sites and meetings as required by business needs or specific engagement requirements
- Self-starter and a quick learner with a no-limits mindset
- Passionate about technology and helping clients during industry disruption
- High performing team player with a passion for intercultural communication and collaboration
