About the role

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop data, reporting, and analytics strategy
  • Implement innovative solutions empowering teams across diverse geographies
  • Optimize business performance and enable informed decision-making through actionable insights
  • Collaborate with local and above-country leadership to centralize data management
  • Develop informative dashboards, reports, and presentations to simplify strategic options
  • Conduct secondary data analyses and manage new commercial platform roll-outs
  • Supervise platform usage and refine commercial processes

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and organisational change skills
  • Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws, and regulations
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and a proven track record to manage international rollouts of commercial tools.
  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
