About the role

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and organisational change skills
- Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws, and regulations
- Expertise in data visualization tools and a proven track record to manage international rollouts of commercial tools.
- Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
