Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best practices, governance, and processes for GDATS Due Diligence.
- Lead the MA&D Due diligence activity, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives.
- Drive due diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure with supported vendors where applicable to identify risks, opportunities, and synergy potential.
- Manage vendor contracts for IT MA&D activity to optimize scalability and cost efficiency.
- Establish Due Diligence KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology MA&D subject matter experts.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology integration, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology integrations across multiple geographies.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Lakes, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels.
- Proven experience in building integration playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree & MBA or advanced degree required.
