Responsibilities
Support with closing activities and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB & IFRS
Daily processing of business transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed assets
Monitoring open-item (OPOS) lists and managing the dunning/collections process
Handling special topics: provisions, prepaid expenses and accrued/deferred items
Monitoring, controlling and adjusting allocation/internal chargebacks within the group, including intercompany reconciliations with other group entities
Reporting to internal and external bodies (including VAT)
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification in finance
3–5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
User-level experience with SAP FI/CO
Curiosity, sense of responsibility and a passion for the variety of topics in accounting
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Excellent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills
