About the role

  • Leading a general accounting team at Crédit Agricole, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Collaborating on financial projects and managing a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounts
  • Lead the activities of the accounting team, particularly the financial close unit
  • Ensure implementation of accounting standards
  • Coordinate IT projects impacting accounting
  • Participate in financial closings under French and international standards
  • Prepare statutory and consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare regulatory filings
  • Advise and support staff on accounting tasks
  • Ensure proper execution of accounting operations

Requirements

  • Higher education in accounting, minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 equivalent)
  • Significant experience managing an accounting team
  • Ability to lead and motivate in a changing environment
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Proven written communication skills
  • Rigorous organization of activities (deadlines and objectives)
  • Ability to identify urgent issues and escalate to management
