Responsibilities
- Dein Fokus ist die Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du erledigst eigenständig Buchungen in unseren Buchhaltungssystemen
- Du bearbeitest die täglichen Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du behältst offene Forderungen im Blick und steuerst aktiv das Mahnwesen
- Du wirkst bei der Abstimmung von Konten und der Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten mit
- Du berichtest an den Senior Accountant
- Finanzielle Berichterstattung
- Du bereitest Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse gemeinsam mit dem Team vor
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle notwendigen Unterlagen vollständig und nachvollziehbar sind
- Prozesse gemeinsam verbessern
- Du bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse ein
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit uns Vorschläge für effizientere Arbeitsabläufe
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Finanzen.
- Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Debitorenmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, wie z.B. SAP-FI und/oder DATEV
- Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
