About the role

  • Own, maintain, and grow existing business and deliver the scope of work for existing clients.
  • Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction for existing customers.
  • Support enterprise sales and retention of existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead development, facilitation, and reassessments of water management programs on assigned accounts.
  • Conduct annual business reviews and increase revenue through expansion-selling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize PowerBI and phiAnalytics for decision-making support.
  • Develop WMP documentation and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of WMP deliverables.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • Direct experience with Sales processes, demonstrating an understanding of processes, products, and markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and "EQ" to work with Regional and ES sales teams and client counterparts.
  • Solid understanding of service delivery processes (PASL, PhiAnalytics, Operations, etc.)
  • Keen awareness and understanding of the client life cycle.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement via structured training directed by the Senior Director of Account Management.
