About the role
- Assistente de Atendimento providing support for Kumon students through their digital platform. Collaboration in student development and maintenance of reports and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide student support via the Kumon Connect platform (100% digital);
- Assign grades and monitor student performance on the digital platform;
- Update control spreadsheets (contact management and activity tracking);
- Generate basic reports on attendance, performance and student status;
- Support payment tracking processed through the Cielo system;
- Handle contacts via WhatsApp, focusing on lead management and support for parents/guardians;
- Monitor and assist with the unit’s social media activity;
- Assign grades in Class Navi and perform various administrative tasks;
- Support lead management through the CRM (MOL).
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel/spreadsheets), web navigation and comfort using online tools;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines;
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines;
- Affinity with education and alignment with the Kumon method/philosophy.
