About the role

  • Assistente de Atendimento providing support for Kumon students through their digital platform. Collaboration in student development and maintenance of reports and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide student support via the Kumon Connect platform (100% digital);
  • Assign grades and monitor student performance on the digital platform;
  • Update control spreadsheets (contact management and activity tracking);
  • Generate basic reports on attendance, performance and student status;
  • Support payment tracking processed through the Cielo system;
  • Handle contacts via WhatsApp, focusing on lead management and support for parents/guardians;
  • Monitor and assist with the unit’s social media activity;
  • Assign grades in Class Navi and perform various administrative tasks;
  • Support lead management through the CRM (MOL).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel/spreadsheets), web navigation and comfort using online tools;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines;
  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines;
  • Affinity with education and alignment with the Kumon method/philosophy.
