About the role
- Part-time Medical Educator developing OSCE exams for the Human Medicine program at UW/H. Collaborating with clinical teachers and overseeing exam processes in an academic environment.
Responsibilities
- Further development of the existing OSCE examinations (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) in the model human medicine program
- Collaboration with clinical teaching physicians in the design, implementation and evaluation of the OSCEs
- Development, revision and validation of exam stations and assessment criteria
- Training and professional support for examiners
- Organization and coordination of examination procedures
- Scientific analysis and publication of results (optional)
- Active participation in an interdisciplinary, dynamic examination team
Requirements
- Completed medical degree and medical license (Approbation)
- Ideally experience in clinical training, medical education or exam development
- Understanding of the structures of medical education and enthusiasm for didactic innovation
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Interest in actively shaping new teaching and assessment formats
