Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze daily team performance reports, focusing on productivity, targets and commercial KPIs;
Participate in LEAN methodology meetings with the commercial team to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency;
Provide support to consultants on commercial performance matters, target alignment and improvements in results;
Assist in creating and executing internal communication strategies for sales campaigns and increasing team engagement;
Monitor rework processes, focusing on root-cause identification and proposing improvements to reduce losses and optimize operations;
Analyze internal reports with a focus on process standardization, operational control and impact on results;
Support coordination in reading and interpreting sales reports, focusing on trend identification, improvement opportunities and team performance;
Actively participate in the development of strategic projects within the commercial area, focusing on results, targets and operational efficiency;
Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of 5S and 5PQ practices, aiming to improve processes, increase productivity and consolidate a culture of excellence;
Support trainees in developing the A3 project, focusing on problem analysis, practical solutions and skills development oriented toward results.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Petroleum and Gas Technology, or Marketing;
Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Basic English.
