About the role

  • End to end management of incentive pay-outs for Retail Banking teams, along with Business Performance function, automation of incentive calculations and management reporting
  • Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of incentive processing by independently reviewing, validating, and authorizing calculations prepared by makers
  • IPU - checker will be responsible for verification, critical analysis, and exception handling
  • Deep dive in issue and develop and implement corrective mitigants in place
  • Accountable for identifying discrepancies, resolving exceptions, and ensuring final sign-off before pay-outs

Requirements

  • Finance/MIS professional preferably having experience of 7- 8 years in MIS, Business Intelligence or finance functions in banking industry
  • Should possess strong analytical skills with reasoning capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving and process ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills capable of interacting with Business Managers at different levels
  • Good organization skills with emphasis on attention to detail
  • Good Team Player
