About the role

  • Associate Manager for Breakfast Cereals leading channel strategy and development at Nestlé. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective execution across the cluster.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the channel strategy across the cluster, developed by Cluster CDT lead.
  • Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel.
  • Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors.
  • Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel & key customer(s).
  • Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel responsibility.
  • Deliver channel playbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales, A&P or Marketing)
  • Previous experience in CDT is a plus.
  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
  • Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.
  • Strong teamworking skills.
