Responsibilities
Formarás parte del equipo B2B, reportando al Head del área
Serás responsable de liderar todo el ciclo de vida de los proyectos de formación para cuentas clave, desde la preventa hasta la entrega final
Escuchar activamente y entender las necesidades del cliente
Traducir esos retos y objetivos en soluciones formativas de alto impacto
Elaborar y presentar propuestas de formación personalizadas
Participar en acciones comerciales y de posicionamiento: eventos, webinars, publicaciones y contenidos
Coordinar la puesta en marcha de los proyectos
Hacer seguimiento de la experiencia del cliente
Supervisar el avance económico del proyecto
Requirements
Experiencia previa en consultoría, gestión de cuentas clave, desarrollo de negocio o roles similares
Conocimiento de áreas como ventas, operaciones, marketing o experiencia de cliente
Capacidad para analizar necesidades, estructurar propuestas y presentarlas de forma clara y convincente
Actitud proactiva, autonomía y ganas de construir
Gusto por trabajar en equipo y en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes
Interés (y si puede ser, experiencia) en formación corporativa, desarrollo de talento o aprendizaje en empresas
Curiosidad por las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a negocio y personas (IA, productividad, herramientas digitales...)
