About the role
- Onboard new partners: assist partners through creation of boat listings (ads, pictures) and show them how the platform works (80% of role)
- Manage a portfolio of onboarded accounts and monitor their business performance
- Perform account management tasks: update ads, ensure calendars are up to date, answer partners’ questions and doubts related to platform use
- Participate in side missions (20%): market research, monthly/weekly BU presentations and other operational tasks
- Work closely with Lead Account Manager, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance Operations)
- Provide high-quality service to private and professional boat owners and enhance partner engagement with the platform
Requirements
- Native or bilingual Croatian
- Fluent English
- Ideally a first experience (internship or student / summer job) in a customer-facing role
- Dynamic and at ease on the phone
- Enjoy advising and motivated by customer satisfaction
- Team player who inspires trust
- Ready to take initiatives and proactive in improving services
- Interested in startup environments
- Interest in Click&Boat product/boating industry is a plus
