About the role

  • Account Manager I providing knowledgeable service and support for business insurance clients. Collaborating with colleagues to meet service needs and maintain client data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers.
  • Attention to detail in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Two (2) years Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Insurance designation – (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience using Sagitta
