About the role

  • Drive sales to achieve significant targets for the Brand
  • Build partnerships with selective Outdoor Sports and lifestyle retailers
  • Coordinate the evolution of Arc’teryx vision in Outdoor and Lifestyle Specialty Retail
  • Support building community in operated stores and Key Accounts
  • Ensure a seamless brand experience across your area
  • Drive profitable and sustainable growth
  • Travel within your territory to sell and educate

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or post-secondary level education in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales and account management or within a related industry, ideally selling apparel and footwear
  • Exemplary relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to sell, influence, and negotiate
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and ERP systems
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis experience with strong mathematical abilities
  • Fluent in English and local language skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Passion for retail spaces and sports fashion
  • Passion for outdoor activities such as climbing, mountaineering, skiing, or trail running
