Requirements
A bachelor's degree or post-secondary level education in Business or related field
3+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales and account management or within a related industry, ideally selling apparel and footwear
Exemplary relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to sell, influence, and negotiate
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability
Good working knowledge of IT systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and ERP systems
Extensive spreadsheet analysis experience with strong mathematical abilities
Fluent in English and local language skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
