- Provide delivery leadership for application development streams, working in partnership with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams.
- Be accountable for engineering quality, delivery health, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards and Datacom policies, including delivery timeframes.
- You’re experienced in managing remote and hybrid teams across locations and time zones, using clear goals, asynchronous practices, and outcome-focused metrics to maintain flow, quality, and cohesion.
- Enable best-practice processes and high-quality delivery outcomes across teams.
- Promote a health and safety culture aligned with Datacom’s policies.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of enterprise-grade applications, including advanced knowledge of programming and database design.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in IT leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and database design, including open-source technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate and present technical concepts clearly and align solutions with business goals.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and effective influencing skills
