Requirements
- A deep understanding of enterprise-grade applications, including advanced knowledge of programming and database design.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in IT leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and database design, including open-source technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate and present technical concepts clearly and align solutions with business goals.
