Requirements
- Proven experience as an Application Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a complex IT environment, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Experience in effectively managing relationships with development and operations teams.
- Experience in Azure DevOps and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish is highly desirable.
