About the role
- Manage bank deposits
- Post cash receipts accurately in the accounting system
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Conduct monthly suspense reconciliations and account for any differences
- Ensure compliance with COFA (Client Money and Office Money) regulatory requirements
- Conduct monthly checks to ensure all financial operations are in line with regulatory standards
- Prepare and present financial reports as required
- Analyze discrepancies and provide solutions for resolution
Requirements
- CA Inter / MBA Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the legal industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the UK legal industry is a plus
