Responsibilities
Atendimento de peças de reposição para os clientes da Aviação Comercial.
Responsável pela entrega e satisfação dos clientes.
Comunicação clara entre os clientes e áreas internas da Embraer (logística, compras, engenharia, etc.).
Suporte e alto nível de serviço para os clientes em escala global.
Atingir objetivos dentro de rigorosos SLAs.
Requirements
Ensino Superior completo (necessário ter o certificado ou diploma de conclusão) em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;
Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita e conversação;
Experiência em atendimento a clientes;
Experiência em compras internacionais e comércio exterior;
Conhecimento em Pacote Office e SAP;
Disponibilidade para plantões.
Conhecimento na experiência e jornada do cliente B2B (diferencial);
Conhecimento de PowerBI (diferencial);
Conhecimento de SalesForce, Manuais de Aeronave, CMM, AIPC (diferencial).
