About the role
- HR Analyst focusing on data and metrics to support strategic HR projects and reports. Engaging in projects that drive personnel management initiatives within the company.
Responsibilities
- Atuar diretamente em projetos de DP e DHO.
- Desenvolver, acompanhar e atualizar indicadores de RH (absenteísmo, turnover, headcount, horas extras, admissões, desligamentos, entre outros).
- Criar e manter relatórios, gráficos, painéis e dashboards de acompanhamento de KPIs da área.
- Realizar análises periódicas dos indicadores, identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
- Apoiar gestores de RH e líderes com informações estratégicas para suporte na tomada de decisão.
- Elaborar apresentações gerenciais e reportes mensais para diretoria.
- Garantir a qualidade, consistência e atualização dos dados trabalhados.
- Utilização do sistema KMM.
Requirements
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando;
- Conhecimento intermediário/avançado no pacote Office;
- Experiência com Dashboards e power BI;
- Facilidade com sistemas;
- Perfil analítico, com boa capacidade de organização e comunicação.
