- Apoiar no aprimoramento das estratégias de R&S do cliente
- Aumentar a satisfação do cliente interno (Hiring Manager)
- Aumentar a satisfação dos candidatos
- Preservar a marca empregadora do cliente.
Requirements
- Ensino Superior completo (preferencialmente em áreas relacionadas a Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou Administração)
- Experiência anterior com recrutamento e seleção end to end
- Inglês Avançado
- Conhecimento em Excel
- Experiência com plataformas de busca de candidatos e sistemas de recrutamento
- Vivência em recrutamento de vagas corporativas e de alta complexidade
- Residir em São Paulo/SP.
