Responsibilities
Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de estratégias que fortaleçam a cultura organizacional e promovam o engajamento dos colaboradores;
Atuar na definição e promoção dos princípios e artefatos que sustentam a cultura da empresa, assegurando sua integração nas iniciativas de Gente & Gestão;
Desenvolver e acompanhar os programas de desenvolvimento: Estágio, Jovem aprendiz e Trainee ;
Planejar e executar ações de endomarketing em parceria com o time de comunicação interna;
Fará interface com fornecedores para viabilização de iniciativas culturais e será responsável por acompanhar os resultados das ações, mensurar impactos e propor melhorias contínuas.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo em Administração, Comunicação, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento em Endomarketing, Cultura Organizacional e Pacote Office;
Experiência na área de Cultura e Programas de Desenvolvimento;
Inglês Intermediário;
