About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end maritime export processes for Action, a Brazilian freight forwarding company. Manage bookings, documentation, manifest transmission, pre-alerts and BL releases.
Responsibilities
- Coordenar processos de exportação marítima desde a abertura do booking até a saída do embarque
- Consultar deadlines nas plataformas dos armadores e atualizar clientes
- Encaminhar booking aos clientes e drafts aos armadores, incluindo VGM
- Realizar conferência documental e consolidação do MRUC
- Transmitir manifesto conforme obrigatoriedade do destino (AMS, e-manifest, ENS)
- Confirmar embarque e enviar pré-alerta aos agentes
- Liberar BL (impressão e liberação aos clientes)
Requirements
- Graduação (nível superior)
- Inglês (nível 3)
- Experiência com processos de exportação marítima e agente de carga (preferencial)
- Conhecimento de booking, envio de drafts e VGM
- Conferência documental e consolidação de MRUC
- Transmissão de manifesto (AMS, e-manifest, ENS)
- Emissão e liberação de BL
- Habilidade para confirmar embarque e comunicar agentes
