Responsibilities
Realizar atendimentos diários aos clientes pelos canais digitais oficiais (WhatsApp Business, e-mail, chat e telefone)
Monitorar e priorizar mensagens durante o expediente
Registrar todas as interações no CRM e sistemas de atendimento
Encaminhar e acompanhar demandas complexas com outras áreas
Coletar feedbacks de clientes e transformá-los em relatórios e insights
Apoiar o desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de ferramentas de atendimento
Participar da estruturação e aprimoramento do SAC
Contribuir na elaboração e revisão de respostas padrão, roteiros e manuais
Analisar indicadores de desempenho e propor ações
Requirements
Superior cursando ou concluindo em Comunicação Social (Jornalismo, RP, PP), ADM ou MKT Digital.
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente em ambientes digitais ou omnichannel
Vivência em ferramentas de CRM
Experiência na análise de indicadores de atendimento
Desejável experiência na implementação ou melhoria de processos e ferramentas de atendimento
