Responsibilities

  • Organizational responsibility for customer service and complaints
  • Expert assessment of complaints, including approvals and rejections
  • Commercial processing of complaints
  • Training and further development of the team
  • Optimization of processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training as a carpenter or equivalent qualification
  • Master craftsman (Meister) qualification in carpentry is an advantage
  • Several years of practical experience in installation/assembly and processing of PVC windows
  • Strong commercial/business skills
  • Initial experience in leading staff desirable
