Responsibilities
Préparer l’arrivée des nouveaux talents et participer à leur intégration
Suivre le parcours d’onboarding et contribuer à l’améliorer en continu
Mettre à jour les dossiers collaborateurs et les outils RH (SIRH, ATS)
Gérer des demandes RH simples (absences, attestations, suivi administratif)
Recenser les besoins de formation et aider à leur mise en œuvre
Contribuer au suivi des plans de développement des compétences
Participer à la communication interne et à la vie d’équipe (events, actualités RH)
Contribuer à des projets stratégiques : diversité & inclusion, RSE, IA appliquée aux RH
Réaliser une veille sur les bonnes pratiques RH et proposer des idées nouvelles
Requirements
Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou Management
Français et Anglais courant
À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (Excel, PowerPoint, outils collaboratifs, ATS, SIRH)
