About the role

  • Maximize revenue through external channels
  • Manage multiple strategic partnerships
  • Ensure DMA is aligned at all applicable levels
  • Build productive relationships with alliance partners and key personnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, recruit, onboard, develop, and manage partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner products, strategies, customer value, and go-to-market priorities
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume
  • Contribute to alliance planning processes
  • Manage partner opportunity pipeline and report activity and analytics monthly
  • Maintain accurate partner-related data in CRM systems
  • Deliver product and program training to partners and clients
  • Execute market strategy in partnership with internal teams
  • Represent DMA at trade shows and partner events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience working with channel sales/partners and VARs; previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven sales process knowledge and business networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Travel as required (between 40-50%, approximately)
