About the role

  • Embed into active projects to understand workflows, methodologies, and processes, and identify opportunities where AI can streamline work and add value
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents that address high priority use cases, starting with client delivery and expanding to other functions
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools that generate client-ready presentations from rough inputs, ensuring outputs follow BrandActive’s templates and design standards
  • Develop and test prototypes for knowledge management solutions, including improved search, retrieval, and structured documentation
  • Integrate AI tools with core systems such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, and the Mircosoft Power Platform
  • Partner with business leaders and project teams to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable impact
  • Surface learnings from pilots and package them into reusable templates, guides, and training resources to enable wider adoption
  • Contribute to governance of AI usage, ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that advance the client and/or team member experience and bring process improvements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to life-long learning; post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, processes, and methodologies to identify opportunities for AI implementation
  • Proven experience embedding AI into organizations or projects, ideally having designed and executed AI-enabled workflows or solutions that delivered measurable impact
  • Hands-on expertise with AI experimentation and prototyping, including building agents, testing tools, and iterating quickly based on results
  • Practical proficiency with multiple AI platforms and tools, with the ability to evaluate and select the right solution for each use case
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, able to bridge technical detail and business needs across diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working iteratively, with the agility to pivot and adapt in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
  • Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., GPT models, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services)
  • Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Graph API integration
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and role-based access control in Azure/O365
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model development in Python ( including PyTorch , TensorFlow, or Azure ML ) [Nice-to-Have]
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Engineering tools (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage) [Nice-to-Have]
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD) [Nice-to-Have]
  • Database design and optimization (SQL Server, Cosmos DB) [Nice-to-Have]
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102); Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600); Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, with the option to be a part-time contract role
  • Open to full-time permanent positions and contractors
