Agile Squad Lead / Project Manager leading high-performing Agile squads for impactful software development projects at Theta. Responsible for project management, Agile coaching, and customer collaboration in Auckland.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach the squads and Product Owner in Agile practices
Maintain delivery visibility using Agile tools and metrics
Manage daily project operations, schedules, risks, issues, and changes
Assign project resources, budgets, and profitability and keep documentation up to date
Review Statements of Work and proposals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field
Certified in Agile practices (Scrum Master, SaFe Agilist) are essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Agile delivery
Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
Minimum of 3 years project management experience
Proven experience delivering complex digital software projects from end-to-end
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
Skilled in planning, estimation, risk, and issue management
Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
