Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain, with deep knowledge of local auto parts suppliers in Brazil.
Manage stock levels, resolve issues with troubled suppliers, and oversee supply chain procedures.
Support integration across logistics, forecasting, and inventory functions.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve customer service, increase First Order Fill rate, and reduce backorders.
Directly lead a senior team of 6 members, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Demonstrate resilience and decision-making in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.
Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing people.
Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
Desirable knowledge in manufacturing processes.
