About the role
- Support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate programme.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to grow performance.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network.
- Optimise campaigns and test new strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable insights.
- Keep affiliates updated on products, promotions, and company news.
- Deliver accurate weekly reports on performance and trends.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and experience interpreting marketing data.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics to track performance and generate insights.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Great communicator with a passion for performance marketing and business growth.
- Basic understanding of how different performance marketing channels work together.
- Nice to have: Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Partnerize, Rakuten, or AWIN.
- 1–2 years’ experience working in affiliate marketing.
