About the role

  • Report directly to the Head of Affiliates and work across casino and sports verticals
  • Manage and grow existing affiliate accounts for all Group brands
  • Monitor and review performance to ensure return on investment and hitting agreed KPIs
  • Help create, plan and execute affiliate acquisition, retention and reactivation in existing and new markets
  • Analyse results of campaigns to ensure they contribute to overall department targets
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver best practice impacting other business areas
  • Deliver insights and recommendations in cross-functional discussions ensuring alignment with affiliates, partners, and internal teams
  • Negotiate arrangements and pricing with affiliate partners
  • Create promotions and newsletter communications for affiliate marketers

Requirements

  • Experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Exposure to the affiliate space (considered a plus)
  • Deep interest and passion for sports and knowledge of sports betting dynamics and culture
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and ability to navigate various marketing tools and channels to analyse and track data
  • General understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) advertising
  • Keen eye and basic graphic design skills
