Lead and manage the Affiliate and KOL marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization.
Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and development.
Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential affiliates and KOLs to drive brand visibility and conversions, Negotiate commission rates and partnership terms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize both affiliate and KOL campaigns to meet traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and networks, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand and business goals.
Manage the affiliate and KOL marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure affiliate and KOL practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand standards.
Work with marketing, content, and product teams to sync affiliate promotions with overall eCommerce campaigns.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team to achieve targets and perform optimally.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing networks, influencer management tools, and content creation strategies.
Ability to use data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai, with a knack for building relationships and negotiating terms.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
