Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment and offer expert guidance to clients
Manage projects independently and in a structured, service-oriented manner
Design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem
In agile projects, potentially act as Proxy Product Owner (PO) to drive projects forward
Advise clients on operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within Salesforce
Act as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation to integrate customer requirements
Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis and advise on process improvements
Assist with operational implementation of Salesforce configurations to tailor technical solutions to customer needs
Requirements
Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
Strong background and experience in requirements management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent German required (C1 level or higher)
Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding
