Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Practical experience in building and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
- Salesforce experience is desirable
- IT affinity and knowledge of Software-as-a-Service, databases and CRM
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in project management and IT implementation
- Certifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel for projects
