Requirements
Degree in a relevant field
Practical experience in building and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
Salesforce experience desirable
IT affinity and expertise in Software as a Service, databases, and CRM
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit
Experience in project management and IT implementation
Certifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
Strong communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel for projects
