About the role
- Senior Salesforce Consultant in PwC’s Salesforce team analyzing business requirements and designing solutions on Salesforce platform. Leading a small project team for delivering high-quality customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- Designing solutions and system functionalities according to business requirements
- Performing and documenting the result of business and system analysis
- Implementing business requirements with ability to utilise Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration features of Salesforce platform
- Accurately estimating effort of configuration work on Salesforce Platform
- Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting of implemented solutions to customers)
- Taking part in pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients
- Leading a small (2-3 persons) project team in the scope of decomposing and delegating tasks, monitoring the progress of work and taking responsibility for the quality of the whole solution provided
- Access to commercial AI tools, frameworks involving AI aided system implementation
- Proactively sharing knowledge as well as introducing new people to the team and teaching others
- Providing constructive and meaningful feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
- Salesforce Certificates (e.g.: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
- Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. in form of user stories, processes, diagrams)
- Experience in working in Agile projects
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
- Understanding basics and experience in project work with AI support to complete tasks faster while maintaining high quality
- Self-Starter attitude
- Ability to manage a small project team
- Fluent English and Polish
