About the role

  • Process training requests as received, promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all external training (for customers) is quoted, approved and invoiced accurately.
  • Monitor internal (Amey Defence Equipment (ADE)) training records to prevent licenses and qualifications from expiring, in line with legal and business requirements.
  • Administration of Apprentices.
  • Maintain good working relationships with our external training providers.
  • Manage demands and process all demands promptly and accurately.
  • Verify quotes provided by the training providers.
  • Issue joining instructions to delegates.
  • Liaise with venues / customers and trainers to ensure the smooth running of each course.
  • Maintain accurate training records and issue Certificates for all delegates.
  • Collate and distribute monthly training data.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative requirements of the technical team, including accommodation and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with MS Office applications, Outlook, Calendar & Excel.
  • Strong experience in a customer facing role.
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Previous experience organising training courses or events.
