Responsibilities
Support the office’s administrative routines, ensuring organization and providing support to internal teams;
Work on a hybrid schedule in São Paulo, SP;
Assist the Finance and Payroll teams with occasional tasks;
Operate the purchasing process for airline tickets, accommodations and office supplies (receipt, quotes, approval and logistics);
Verify corporate expenses and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
Manage assets (laptops, monitors and peripherals) for all remote employees in coordination with a third-party service provider;
Explore and apply best practices in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to daily activities, focusing on automation and process efficiency gains;
Respond to requests for contract history from other company departments;
Perform inventory and asset control and reconciliation, ensuring consistency between records and operational reality;
Contribute to the smooth running of the office by supporting general requests and collaborating with the team on day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets;
Basic knowledge of Google Slides and Google Drive;
The following are a plus:
Experience with DocuSign;
Experience with the OMIE ERP;
Previous experience performing the activities described above.
